For over a decade, Scout Coffee has explored the local Kansas City coffee scene, discovering some of the finest roasts along the way. In 2019, they decided to bring the essence of KC coffee culture to their hometown of Blue Springs, adding their own unique personality and style. Scout Coffee was founded to provide the community with exceptional coffee, eliminating the need for a 20-minute drive into Kansas City. They aim to deliver a delicious cup crafted with care, kindness, and a friendly smile. Scout Coffee looks forward to serving classic black coffees and inventive lattes for many years!
